Jennifer Kunkel

Jenn is a founding member of CHS Recruiting and has been working in the healthcare industry since 2005. She began her career with one of the country’s leading executive search firms, managing recruitment efforts for critical C-suite positions. She has also served a large, multi-state physician practice as the corporate head of recruiting and worked with a dedicated non-profit staffing firm. You can learn more about Jenn’s experience here.

Paul Summers

-Chief Operating Officer-

Paul is one of CHS Recruiting’s founders and began his career nearly 20 years ago with a national healthcare executive search firm, followed by a key marketing role with a large privately-held physician practice, where he worked closely with the talent development team. Stephen Tramontana

Stephen is one of the founders of CHS Recruiting and has been working in the field of healthcare search since 2013. Prior to that, he had a successful career in business management, including client and account relationship development, which has allowed him to be an impactful partner to CHS Recruiting clients.
