Our Process

 

Step 1: Onboarding

Our first step in the recruiting process is to gather information about hiring needs directly from you. This can be done via an online form or over the phone with the hiring manager and/or HR representative or a combination of the two. Once the need has been identified and information has been gathered, the next step is to create a job description.

 

Step 3: Searching For Candidates

Once the job ad is complete, the next step is to search for candidates. This is done through a variety of channels, such as online job boards, social media, our proprietary database, and referrals from our vast network of professionals.

 

Step 5: Submitting Candidates

Once we have screened a candidate and confirmed they are a great fit for the role, we submit a written candidate presentation with bullet points that highlight the candidate’s qualifications, as well as a paragraph explaining why they’re a good fit for the position and why they’re interested in the job.

 

Step 7: Making An Offer

Since we have a flat placement fee that is agreed upon beforehand, you can be confident in knowing any salary or benefits advice is based on market rates and the candidate’s needs, not our own.

 
 

Step 2: Creating The Job Ad

Using the information gathered during the onboarding process, we create a job ad that outlines the duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and requirements for the open position. It is important to make sure that the job ad is accurate and competitive. As partners, we are happy to offer advice and guidance when it comes to creating a strong and attractive opportunity.

 

Step 4: Screening Candidates

Once a qualified candidate has been identified, the next step is to screen them. We use this time to explain the details of the job, clear any salary requirements the candidate may have, and learn more about their motivation for applying. Our goal is to make sure a candidate is a great match for the position before ever taking up any of your time.

 

Step 6: Scheduling Candidate Interviews

We know your time is important, so we take the scheduling process off your plate. Once you have reviewed a candidate presentation and decided you want to speak with them, we coordinate the interview process and act as a liaison between you and the candidate throughout the entirety of the process. Whether you decide to release a candidate or make them an offer, we’re happy to deliver the message on your behalf.
