She began her career with one of the country’s leading executive search firms, managing recruitment efforts for critical C-suite positions. Paul Summers

Paul is one of CHS Recruiting’s founders and began his career nearly 20 years ago with a national healthcare executive search firm, followed by a key marketing role with a large privately-held physician practice, where he worked closely with the talent development team. Stephen Tramontana

Stephen is one of the founders of CHS Recruiting and has been working in the field of healthcare search since 2013.
