Spring Recruitment

Spring has sprung and there’s change in the air.  Spring brings good weather, blossoming flowers, and new opportunities.

Winter usually decreases spending on the employer-side and motivation on the employee-side.  After months of long, cold days, Spring brings a thaw that revitalizes job seekers and motivates employers to ramp-up their recruiting efforts.

“In March, employment continued to trend up in professional and business services, health care, and retail trade, while employment in mining declined,” according to the March 2015 jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

For house call groups, Spring can be an added motivator that should be taken advantage of.  For providers who would rather be enjoying the great weather than being cooped up in an office, Spring weather might be that extra push they need to convince them to give house calls a try.  Expanding practices, especially house call practices, should take advantage of the season and increase recruiting efforts.
